With November’s arrival, we’re reminded of the value of connection and giving back. This month’s newsletter brings you inspiring stories, upcoming fundraising events, and opportunities to get involved with volunteering here at the Big Red Barn Retreat. As always, your support drives us forward, and we’re grateful to have you with us on this journey. Let’s make this season a meaningful one together!
Jeff, a retired Army veteran, and his wife Yvonne launched their business in 2023 with a unique family pretzel recipe. They have become strong supporters of the BRBR community, regularly volunteering and even donating their pretzels for events like our recent charity golf tournament. This holiday season, try their pretzels or gift them to friends, and be part of a story that supports our veterans and first responders!

The Effects of Post-Traumatic Growth
Posttraumatic growth is a transformative process resulting from challenging experiences, prompting individuals to reflect on their identity and life's purpose. Veterans and first responders often find that navigating this process enhances their lives, fostering authenticity, meaning, and purpose.
Five key areas of growth emerge, including newfound hope, deeper interpersonal connections, personal resilience, gratitude for life, and a spiritual shift involving profound existential inquiries.
Discover the potential for posttraumatic growth in your journey by taking the first step – sign up for the Warrior PATHH program using the buttons below today to embark on a transformative path towards resilience and purpose.
