Whether you're a seasoned equestrian or a complete newbie, Form Up Fridays offers a chance to acquire and utilize techniques for managing stress, boosting self-regulation, and nurturing self-care. Through this hands-on approach, participants can foster personal development, acquire essential life skills, and enhance their overall well-being.
Join Mary How, MA, ATR-BC, for this 8 week group learning how art-making can build coping skills to increase mindfulness and distress tolerance. The group will have fun while creating "crisis survival kits" to effectively integrate these skills into daily life. This group will meet weekly on Tuesdays beginning in April 2024.

"More than Music" is an 8 week class exploring how music helps build coping skills and improves mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. The group will meet weekly and be facilitated by Laura Theismann, MT-BC with Capital City Therapy Group and Lenny Hyland, PATTH guide and facilitator at the BRBR.
